When upgrading a house panel, do you guys put Arc-fault breakers on the EXISTING wiring going to a bedroom area?

Troubleshooting old decrepit wiring for arc faults is an easy upgrade?No, not necessary to pass inspection. Could be an easy "upgrade" for you though.
