Haven't seen this in person, doing a "virtual" quote. Can't make out the brand of panel. Any guesses?

I learned a long time ago that there is no reliable relationship between the brand of breakers in a panel and the brand of panel.ITE. I am in the process of replacing an ITE meter stack with the same odd ball 4 pole breakers.
