Why not make them on Excel? That way you can make them whatever size you want, renumber the circuits depending if they go left/right or down for number... And they are typed, which is alot neater than pencil or sharpie.. You also have them for future reference, if you do alot of work for the same clients... You can also add your comapny name and contact number, if you wanted..
When I built the one I use, it took about 15 minutes to get it the same size as a Cutler Hammer one and I've been using the same one for years, regardless of the panel type.. After they are trimmed, I usually laminate them and cut it down about 1/2" bigger than the schedule.. Then, depending on the location, tape it to the door or hole punch it and tyrap it to an adjacent conduit.
