Ok. I like Freshbooks, Quickbooks online and invoice asap.
I want to go with 1 that does it all, but it looks like I will need more to cover my needs.

The Wife will be doing the "books" and our Cpa highly recommends Quickbooks.

I want signature capture, accept all payment types and payroll.

Invoice ASAP has a good sig capture, but no way to accept payment or payroll.

Quickbooks online syncs with invoice asap and does payroll.

Freshbooks accepts online payment, but no payroll or sig capture.

I guess I can use Paypal with any of the above.

I am leaning towards Quickbooks online with Invoice asap and paypal.
Can anyone share their experience with any of these? Am I missing anything?

There are many qualified Filemaker developers in the Bay area who could produce you exactly what you want. The end result will certainly cost more than .99 cents ,but exactly what you want. Two that immediately come to mind is Lee Strong, and Andy Cohen (not "that" Andy Cohen) in Petaluma.
What you are after could be done in less than a week with Filemaker by a pro.
