22 awg 27 pair to single pair teflon coated single pair shielded. time consuming. glad i got time and the paper mill is spending money. six trunk lines and mane hub for it all to come together for sensodek on supercalender. sorry i took it sideways.

wow, it looks so minimal when its all said and done.27 x 6 x 3 wires total. went pretty fast with the pry type wago terminals. should have just had a phone board with punchdowns. surprised the mill didnt insist on screw terminals.

Forgive my ignorance, but what the hell is this, and what does it do? I can't rightly give an atta boy, since I have no idea what I'm looking at.

It is for a supercalender. This basically puts a coating on paper for magazine grade paper. What we were adding to it was vibration and heat sensors that go onto each roller for monitoring. A German company coming Monday to commission it.
