We are changing out two PLC's and Retro fitting (3) 1500hp DC drives. Permit cost, $5300. May increase tomorrow after the inspector shows up. We have 2 engineering firms that provided drawings. Inspector may increase fee because there is not (1) engineer of record. Is that crazy, or what?

We didn't know, but we clarified what we had budgeted. We had to send the state, stamped full size drawings for plan review. Started the process a month ago. 3 weeks of pre-work, started the shutdown Monday, got the permit today, and have inspection tomorrow.
