I'm sure everyone has has their own method but so far I have used two of these in my house for TV installations. I have Panamax units protecting everything so I need inlets in order to keep the TV protected. Here is a picture of the product I use and a picture of the end results.

The thing I don't like about those are that they are easy and the customer could do it without needing an electrician.

Wife's dresser, just don't tell her because she would raise cane and I was not about to put on my tool pouch. Plus do you honestly think I would drink beer while at a customer's house.
