I didn't have a chance to read this article and it probably wouldn't make complete sense, but this is the first I have heard about this type of renewable energy. On its face, it sounds interesting.

The Potawatomi project received $2.6 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Energy as well as a grant from the state Focus on Energy program.

Weird huh.
