I'm currently working on a house that is being mostly remodeled. Here's what I'll be doing. The walls are mostly open, but there will be some crawling in the attic to avoid having to make holes in the drywall of the second floor.

20 amp circuit for master bath GFCI
3 recessed lights in master bath
20 amp circuit for upstairs bath GFCI
1 vanity light in upstairs bath
20 amp circuit for downstairs bath GFCI
Refeed living room receptacles with a 15 amp circuit (current feed got damaged during demo)
15 amp circuit for above range hood
2 small appliance branch circuits
15 amp circuit for disposal
15 amp circuit for dishwasher
15 amp circuit for fridge
20 amp circuit for microwave
20 amp circuit for wet bar
15 amp circuit for general receptacles
15 amp circuit for lighting
18 recessed lights (trims not included)
Under cabinet lights
2 outdoor receptacles

My price after parts, labor, and permits. $6715 with about 50 hours labor

Depends on how many guys. I knew 2 guys and myself would have that done, old employer would still say we were 5 days slow. Also depends on layout, I'm picturing about 60% of a rowhome
