A short neck PAR 30? Those trims have never been one of my favorites, we use flat gimbal trims by Nora with a flat faced lamp, nothing protrudes down from the ceiling except the tilted part.

There are no adjustments on this particular trim. I'm guessing the short neck lamp may be answer will know tomorrow.

Read Trim/Can.

Select Lamp.

It's a PAR 30.

And don't you have a more modern choice instead of a 1970's eyeball? But really, PAR 30 is what you need for that trim.
