Hi... If there is different between RCCD,RCD & ELCB. Can this device put together in one circuit example, from incoming put a RCCD then to sub board put a ELCB. Ignore the sensitivity, just think if the device can work due to earth fault/short. Then which one is better. tq..

I dont think there is not a whole alot of diffrence but to get the correct answer i will let our UK sparkys answer this question correctly.

I may have a answer or two but i rather not slip up and goof up this one because i am more famuiair with North Americian system and French electrical system as well.,,

but just kinda give you a head up most RCD's useally have the earth
[*] fault setting at 30 MA some i know they are higher but not sure because i am not fully famuiar with the UK regulations and specs is.

Just hang on our UK sparkys will help you with this
