anyone install a nest thermostat..? The particular situation im in requires me to install another wire to the C terminal.... Does that just mean that it needs a steady feed as well..? Im trying to install one on a two wire thermostat.. they only need it for the boiler..

Ive put them in on a reno and used a 2 wire. If im not mistaken they come with a cool little 6 in 1 or something

You have to be careful. Apparently they will start short cycling to grab power if the battery runs down. I would def. run a constant power.

It was a power issue. The particular boiler only puts out 3 volts..
