El DONE Oh. Getting out. Getting away. Got a new job in water restoration/insurance type stuff. Start in January, Time to kick back for the holidays!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I just realized you said your new job starts in January. Its only the end of November......what do plan on doing to pay the rent until then?

My old company gave me a clean layoff and I live very reasonable so money won't be a problem. Got some fam that makes nice loot in case of emg.

Def. not throwing/selling the tools just yet. Just spent 400 a few months back.

I'm gonna be dealing with contractors a lot. A lot of networking and kickbacks (legal) to contactors who find places that need cleaned up basically.
