RE: Wiring a dishwasher

I am installing a new dishwasher should I use 12g 20 Amp or something bigger and should I run it in a metal or plastic conduit because it might have contact with water?

Thanks

Run 18g and put a 30A breakers, make sure to run it in a 4" GRC PVC coated conduit and if it comes in contact with water make sure you put a floatie!

Seriously, Just hire a professional!
