Hi there!

I am new here, just getting into electrician work, very new to all this. I am looking to install some recessed lights that I found online but they are quite different than what I am used to. The reason why I need these lights is because unlike most recessed lights, these ones take up very little space in the ceiling wall. The only thing is the wiring on them. I'm curious if anyone here has installed these types of lights before. The power supply coming off the light is not something I have seen with an ordinary recessed light.

Have you ever installed anything like this? Any pros/cons/issues that you've seen? Trying to find out what my options are. I contacted the seller, they don't really explain much.

Any help is appreciated!
