The Reliance Protran manual transfer switches seem to be coming up lately (and sold some Canadian sites, not that it means much).

Are these an acceptable install here (CEC), has anyone had these approved or rejected?
It doesn't look like it switches the neutral (or does it?). Which is required if the neutral is bonded on the generator, as with portable generators.
Also, it's basically using the panel for a raceway for the hot conductor, referring to 6-212.
