Hi
Most of my experience is in commercial lighting.
A good customer wants us to help remodel a commercial retail suite.
Other than going through the code book item by item, there are things I wouldn't think of.
The plans will have what and where, but I'm hoping for checklist items like heighth and distance for receps and switches, ADA requirements, fire caulking requirements, restroom circuits, etc.
I've already made arrangements with GC to have someone else do comm stuff.
The suite will have restrooms added, breakroom added, a utility room built around the existing breaker panels with a comm wall and a mop sink.
The city is on 2005 NEC cycle unless their website is out of date.
