and who's finding the bump? the electrician? I know where the box is but I'm not cutting the sheetrock.Make sure the box protrudes the full depth of the sheetrock so it leaves a noticeable bump in the sheetrock.

Please don't do this.Just blow his walls wide open. Don't even be nice trying to land half on stud bays to make it easy, just bust it up with a hammer.
Exactly what I have done before (But with an ocillator)... causes a lot of profanity... but it works.Hatchet works good too. Make the holes big enough that he has to do a lot of patching. He will catch on real fast.
I think you just described REALITYI have an acute intolerance for other trades who screw up my day. Smashing drywall, however, isn’t something I do. Sending an invoice for screwing up my day isn’t something I do either, unless I get clearance first that I will actually get paid. Maybe in some fantasy world every invoice sent gets paid but not in the fantasy world I live in.
Weird, you sound like I did begging the guy not to rotozip my wires, pinch my whips, and bury my boxes. In every room. Please don't do this.
Then the rocker knocks them off with a hammer.Put 1 1/2” #6 screws in every box.
