Hi everyone, i am working on a beauty salon. My underground pipe to main electrical room is ****. Only option to go through restaurant and bring to adjacent suite. General doesn't want to interfere with restaurant. My only option now is to penetrate the roof then drop back down to sub panel. Does anyone see a problem with this. I will be running 2 inch emt with raintight compression couplings. Will keep below below 3 nights with pull box on either side. Should be around 80-90 feet run. Will support on treated wood and clamp with either 2 hole clamp or unistrut clamp.

Please let me know what you think.

As long as your disconnect is outside your good.

Welcome to ET....
Have you thought about running cable instead of conduit?
I would look carefully at the deration for your CCC's due to proximity of the roof surface.
