I have a 15' rolling tower that looks sort of like this.
Only difference I have a walk through bottom section. I find that makes it easier to move around a floor with obstacles. I have 3 Aluminum planks that attach to the ends and hold the frame rigid.
It is loaned out right now for a guy to build is metal building.
The one you show would be better inside tight quarters. Terribly narrow in my mind with less than confidence building out riggers.
