I see some people on here are having someone sign a contract authorizing work to be done and agreeing on the payment. Can someone give me an example of what they use?
We use a 2 part form we call a "Generator Maintenance Agreement" GMA for short.Flyboy what do you use on generator PMs and home inspections? Did you make a form or do you use an iPad form? I'd like to incorporate something on my ipad, I know I can do the Adobe PDF timing but I'm looking for other options. I may just have some 2 part forms made up.
Yeah, I was never a big fan of those. They don't leave you enough room to write up a decent description or multiple options.

We use a landscape version without the list of electrical stuff on it.
Yes I used to use some NEBS forms similar but before I went to iPad forms I had some similar to my NEBS forms made at a local printer.
Sometimes a local printer can produce the same for a few dollars cheaper as well.It is pretty easy to design something yourself then take it to Staples and they can make 2 or 3 copy forms.
It's part of our software. We use Successware21 at the office. Successware Remote is a sister company that provides the platform for the iPad.Flyboy do you make your own or do you use a template, is it paper or for iPad?
