Hello,
I live in ALberta Canada.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if i am aloud to have a 3" approx piece of PVC conduit go from my 1 1/4 LB through my insulated wall into the back of my Panel.

No you cannot do it aloud , you have to do it silently !

Be very very quiet. ..I'm huntin' wrabbits. I believe you can. If you don't scare it off with all the noise.
