Would love to hear suggestions and advice as to the most important keys to managing a successful one man service truck operation. I've had a Masters license for >20 years, and have worked in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work always for someone else who's name is on the sign. I'm wanting to change that before calling it a full career.

don't be afraid to offer or sell your services.
leave a nice looking price list behind with your residential customers.
makeup package deals like:
multiple GFI upgrades
whole house device upgrades/ change outs
service upgrades
tamper-resistant receptacles
