I was wandering if anyone had explanation why I have 208volts to ground on one of the relay coil terminals on the lighting control contactor. I believe it was a 12 pole unit the controls rooftop bathroom exhaust fans. Each pole has its own circuit which is nipple thru a sub panel above???

Between the red and black terminals to the right I get 120volt. But, between red and grd 208volt.

Probably improperly installed on a 120/240V 3 phase 4 wire high leg delta system.

I don't believe there is a bastatd leg.

I checked the sub panel and all is ok between phases and grd.
