I have a tool that is used to sand RC car tires. Inside i an electric motor that is supplied with a 12v 74amp DC power supply (converted server power supply). The problem is the motor turns way too fast and makes the tires balloon too much. I was told a resistor may be an option? How would I go about choosing the proper size? Is there another option I can use that would be better?
