did you check upstream of the transformer?

yes thank youA transformer isolates faults to one side or the other, because it induces a voltage- there is no physical connection between the primary and secondary side.
So if he is blowing a fuse on the secondary side, the fault is in the devices connected to the secondary side. Make sense?
