Hello all: Has anyone noticed the poor quality of metal parts from Square D? Recently we had some grounding bars, for HOM and QO panels, they were very soft pot metal; a soft alloy. On the job it was impossible to properly torque them, the heads disintegrate! We used slotted screwdrivers at first, then changed to the square drive. The combination screw head makes it worse! Next time we need to find a real copper bar that fits the panels. Any Comments? Cheers, Jon

Are you using a "torque limiting" screwdriver set to the proper torque setting?

Hello: Yes we used a torque wrench, the heads become useless at about 1/2 recommended torque. Jon
