as many people know in the electrical trade, moving from one state to another can be a pain! Example- you could have 15 years experience in one state (with master or journeyman card). Then move to another state. Then find that states electrical board will not accept those hours. I know myself i have ran into this problem. I thought maybe between all of us being in all states, we could compile a list where we live and be able to give information so we would know what to expect.
