Hi

Can any one explain what a TEV sensor is and how it works, i know it used in detecting Partial Discharge but how does it work is the question ?

The TEV (transient earth voltage) sensor is a small-size; magnetic radio-frequency capacitive coupling antenna which can detect the high frequency PD pulses
