Duplex.

One side is up and running with a tenant. HO tried to get power turned on for the other side.

AHJ wrote up.
1. Replace service riser
2. Replace meter can.
3. Repair ground rod connection.
4. Remove exposed romex and non 3R rated box.

This is in the hood.

I got a game plan.
2 bank meter socket.
New riser.
Install 8 circuit main panel.


Even at $800.00 this guy nearly fell out.

Where is the issue seems like easy money? Charge more next time if you can.

Whatever you do dont post a pic of the completed work on here.

A little touch-up paint on the older items but nice job. So much better.

If I cared, I'd say something about:

A PVC upper strapped like chit
Not seeing the intersystem bonding bridge
The holes from the old straps not being caulked

The only think I see that has me questioning is the conduit entering the panel about the buss. Why did you not just drop the pipe down and go in the KO given by the manufacturer. Did you use a sealing locknut? Otherwise it looks good.

bonding bridge goes in today. I did not quite finish yesterday. I have the exposed uf to still pipe into the panel. I will probably have to crawl under the house.
