just added the 1 1/4" conduit with the compound 90. sorry the pic was hard to get in cramped quarters. first time handing bending that big. have to admit I was a little intimidated at first, havent got a ton of experience bending or running it on my own.

first I tried a 90 and was sure I had it, but the radius got into the top pipe going through the wall. the 90 had to come out at the exact height to make it through the wall due to obstructions on the otherside of the wall. I would of liked to come out of the panel on the opposute side, but there was a existing hole in the panel that my foreman wanted to use up since it was live.

anyhow it was a fun day, good experience to jump around on the bender. got good at keeping my balance and driving both feet on the shoe.....wish I could have remembered the formula for compunds from school. but prevailed with some logic. didnt waste any pipe, was able to use the first 90 on a turn down the line. good times for a apprentice.

Hand bending 1.25 ain't a lot of fun, but it also usually comes out nice because when bending that big you tend to take your time, don't wanna be throwing that stuff in the trash and starting over. Helps if you are big, at 6'3" and 235 lbs it still kicks my a$$.

Hell just carrying a 1.25" bender around on your shoulder nobody's going to mess with you.

It is great to be proud of your work. It looks okay to me. Keep up your pride in your work.
