I have a few of these at work and nobody I work with seems to know exactly what they are or who made them. Possibly custom job.

NOTE: THERE IS NO NAMEPLATE OR WIRING DIAGRAM ANYWHERE ON THESE UNITS.

We have these transformers with, from what I can see, a primary winding and two secondary windings. 480V from a bus duct disc. into the xfmr. 240V into one disc. out of the xfmr. 600V into a second disc. out of the xfmr.

Anybody ever seen a transformer with two completely different secondaries?

Primary, secondary, and tertiary windings. Never seen one used for general-purpose power distribution in a building, the ones I've seen were special application for fault coordination or to provide power to small auxiliary loads.

What loads to these power?

The disconnects that this xfmr feeds are in an environmental test cell used to power various types of HVAC equipment under test. No permanently connected loads.. I understand the application. We have 480. We may need 240, and we may need 600. 480 into one unit with 240 and 600 out in one package? Nice... But who makes such a device, and has anybody else seen this before?

I just isolated one this morning that is 13.8 kv primary, 2300 v and 480 v secondary... Kirk key set-up to isolate the 2300 volt, re-energize and keep the 480 going..
