what are yalls suggestions on a piece of test equip for this?
I do very little of this type of low voltage wiring but enough that a basic tester could help out sometimes.

I was going to recommend the same one.

I have that one and an Ideal that is basically the same tester.

Never had a problem with either one.

the klein one is the best for the cost. Get the one that also does distance too.
