I was just curious how long others have been waiting after their exam to get their FSR registration number?

I wrote my exam last Friday, got the results emailed back on Tuesday. But the results don't have the registration number. I was told I still have to wait for that. So how long have you guys waited?

Who do you work for in kamloops if you don't mind me asking?

I can't be too helpful but I know my foreman did not have a significant wait.
He's on vacation or I'd ask how long his took to arrive last year.

Seems to me it took about a month. Then, as I recall, it took another month to get my contractor's license.

BC is slow. In Alberta, within a week of writing my Masters I could have been pulling permits.

Currently I work at HVC, in the past I worked for Skilltech Services. I am getting my contractors license to go out on my own.

Oh you worked for finchy. O'Dwyer was my journeyman for a bit. Really good guy learned a ton from him at newgold

yup, i was the original skilltech employee, working out of a plywood box in the back of my 1991 S15. It was a beautiful day when I got a company van!

Are you going to leave HVC all together? I would kill for a job there but I don't think they have much interest in apprentices
