join the union as most of those jobs are maned by union shops
Want to switch to industrial type work
Okay so I've been working in the field for about two years doin mostly lighter commercial and residential work, I also went to vo-tech for a year first,. I am really wanting to get into working more on big commercial and industrial jobs doing traveling work I am wondering what is the best way to go about making this switch
