When I had my horseback riding business I used to go out on a brochure run and put out brochures. I could of had someone else do it but as the owner I wanted to meet other owners, and get the brochures in to the hard to get in places. I would always offer a free ride to come out and see the place.I've had some good luck with local Facebook groups and hairdressers. Hooked up with a really good client through the latter.
If you do any factory work go door to door. I know we could not find anyone that wanted half or one day jobs. That may get you in the door.Realtors, chamber of commerce, hotels, good places to leave business cards, etc.
Hey now, realty is the family business. I'm a 6 hour state test away from taking over the brokerage...If you give your card out to 100 realtors, you will be used for pricing, or sent out on bogus jobs to help a deal close about 99% of the time.
The 1% of the time, a lead will turn into something profitable.
That's all I got say about handing out cards to realtors.
Yes but expensive!Google ad words.
Before taking on my current position I worked for a large EC for 15 years and ALL we did was Government work ! Nothing private. I left there 10 years ago and they're still going strong doing all Government workIve seen people rocket their business doing government work.
