What are these crimp connectors called?

Hi all, what are these specific crimp on connectors called and what is the took used to install them?
These specific crimps in the photos are for a Tesla wall charger and we need some for a different application that will be high current continuous load.
We find that installing T90 under the lugs crushes the copper too much so we want to use high quality crimps that can handle the contious currents. We were thinking of tinning the stripped ends of the T90 but I think crimps would make things easier.

Those are called ferrules, there's a lot of varieties out there. You'll want something UL listed, be careful when shopping, lots are not intended for line voltages.

Now that I think of it you'll want to be very careful the lugs allow ferrules, if they say "copper wire only" you might not want to use ferrules.

Example of aluminum to copper pigtail adapter.

Ferrules have the advantage that you have much less chance of loose strands and repeated connection/disconnection does not birds nest the ends. The disadvantage is more cost and time, and as mentioned compatibility. It’s hard to improve on copper and aluminum wire.
