Hello All. I have a question about where to find something in the Code. For a Service to a Home, Homeowner owned pole with SEU Cable down to Meter/Disconnect, 2 ground rods with EGC from Meter Socket, then underground with Rigid PVC Conduit to and thru Building Foundation and into Breaker Panel. Run in Conduit is 2 Ungrounded Conductors plus 1 Gounded Conductor. At Panel another EGC run out thru Foundation to 2 additional ground rods. NO Grounding Electrode Conductor in Conduit Run.
What article and section in the NEC lists this Installation please?
I cannot seem to find it either in 230 Services nor in 250 Grounding.

Well, take a look at 250.32, D1. Help me to understand what that is saying please. It seems to be saying that an EGC is not to be run.
My opinion is the issue of parallel ground paths with both Grounded and Grounding!
