Hey guys, im sure some one knows what this is used for,I asked some guys at work but no one knew, I thought it was for recessed light trims??

It's a mechanics tool but it might work on pot light trims. Where did you find it? I went to Crappy Tire and KMS but they don't show anything like it.Ya that's what I had thought??
