It's for install or remove coil springs

It's a mechanics tool but it might work on pot light trims. Where did you find it? I went to Crappy Tire and KMS but they don't show anything like it.

That's exactly what it is for. A real lifesaver for me, as I have trouble fitting my hand inside of the can trims that use the springs.

We have that tool in the shop, we use it for various things, Mainly, my guys use it when they install hi hat trims with the spring that hold it in place.

My father in law used to work for Point of Sale, and he found his old tool kit and gave it to me and this was in it.

I've only seen that advertised as a recessed lighting spring tool. I never knew it was sold as a universal spring tool.

They are used for headlight springs on older vehicles. My dad's old 1986 gmc van needed one to change the bulb or the bezel or something
