I think BBQ had the right answer. Flo lite makes fluorescent lighting products, so that is probably their brand dimmer. One of the lighting contractors on here could probably tell you for sure

I would think that it is a controller for air flow in ducts .

I am pretty sure that I have seen similar controls in commercial buildings .

That seems unlikely as there were lights out due to a blown fuse in the unit.


I am sticking with lighting controller for energy saving.
