 I hope that's not what you did.

1. That lug isn't rated for more than one wire. Good chance that connection will become loose and arc/burn.

2. Metal frame cant be carrying neutral current. Grounding system has current on it now. Possible fire and shock hazard.

That's butchered. Good luck to anyone who needs to ever remove one of the neutrals.
When people post **** like this its hard to argue with charging more than a landscaper on Craigslist , who does electric on the side.
Cause this is not profesional work.

Truthfully, I would be ok with the grounds like that but I would never, ever do the neutrals like that. I would double up the grounds in a heart beat. I may even be OK with 2 neutrals under a screw on the bar. Never under a ground screw.
**** like this the inspector should be able to take away some kind of points.

Oh, and you missed 250.12, but you can't even worry about it because you
voided the install in other ways!

I'm almost sure I'd never ever post a picture here!

 People end up having to go take Defensive Electrical Work classes and blow into a breathalyzer to unlock their tool box.
For a good period of time , my tools were alcohol activated. Lol. I would fail such classes.
