Whole Building Surge Protection

Looking to replace panel-mounted surge protection for large retail building (actually total of 9 units in 3 different electric rooms). Existing unit is Leviton 32000. Considering upgrading to either Leviton 42000 or to Sycom S2-100-277/480-Y model (Appropriate model for incoming service). Any suggestions or experience between the brands? Thanks.

choose the one with the higher joule rating that will serve the purpose:)
