Is moving out of the question? I know that Meisner in Ft Laud is always trawling for help.
There are benefits for working for small and large shops. In a small shop, you're more likely to be exposed to many types of electrical work, versus straight commercial in the large shops. In a small shop, you have the ability to shine, since there's aren't so many people. In a large shop, you can just put in your time and blend in with the masses, which is exactly what many guys prefer to do. It depends on your personality whether you would be a better fit in a small shop or a large shop. That preference can also change as you age and progress in your career. At this point, it would seem beggar's can't be choosers.but today I had a job offer but they are smaller and don't offer as much benefits.

That sounds about right. You're the only one that knows what you need to live on, however. What I also was thinking was I should just be lucky to get a job in this slow market. If I can get experience now I should be set for when everything picks up.. That is what my other side is thinking...
Yup.Is going to school that important?.
