That's an abortion.

It pass here, especially if the access panel is facing the wall.

How did you get in my backyard?
I know I locked the gate.

Actually mine is uglier than that.

The thermostat wire was jerked out of the brick before I bought the house.
The previous owners AC guy just dropped the new t-stat wire out of the soffit.
No conduit of any type for protection.

Back before I had the unit replaced in 2000, wife hired a guy to clean up the yard.
He weed eated the wire thinking it was a vine.
Didn't bother to tell the wife.

I get home and it's 90 degrees in the house.
Figure out the wire is missing, completly pulled out of the soffit, no wire to be seen and about a foot hanging out of the unit.

Make a run to the store for wire.
Get back home, now I have to crawl across the 115 degree plus attic to run new wire.
Get everything hooked up and running.

Left the wire hanging out of the soffit for the next 15 years until I had the unit replaced.

Hey, it's just 24 volts.

Not here, disco between 4-6ft above grade, EMT on line side, metallic L.T. for whip, 120v g.f.i. w/in use cover (not tied to indoor circuit)
At least 1 strap within 6" of disco.

I can open the photo but from what I see the conductor is a little short going to the condenser, should use a little more slack for movement. 6-9” extra.
Strapping on conductor to and from disconnect
seal for the pass through wall.

HVAC side.
the pipe work for the refrigeration needs insulation on suction line.

other than that, it looks ok.

but I’m in Canada so my opinion
Will not matter.
