Wireless control

I have an industrial customer which has a simple system for communicating with semi drivers which have to weigh in and out when they enter the site. Right now they have a 3 way switch which powers a red and green light. One position red and the other green. They are moving the light location (on the building right now) to the remote scale location which is about 300 Ft away and also moving the control location to a different part of the plant. Is there a reliable wireless controller I can use to make this happen? It would be a difficult area to pipe and trenching is not an option until spring.

We use wireless auto dialers and stuff like that for oil and fuel tanks. When a switch is made a signal is sent wirelessly to operate any number of options. The technology is there but sorry I don't know any manufacturers offhand.
