wires thru roof, derating

Any body can tell me
what is derating factor when my feeder passing across the roof

I have 50 feet of I-1/ 2" emt, (3)#3/0 thhn, cu feeding a load of 170A

My Derating: 200A x .82=164A than,
I would use 4/0 ???
