Wiring help

1107 Views 4 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  MikeFL
I have three switches in the half bath. One got the overhead light, one for the vanity light and one for the fan. I’m replacing all there with decora type switches. The vanity is getting a regular toggle switch. The overhead light is getting a motion detector switch. The fan is getting a timer switch. The first two I had no issues with but the fan switch is causing me problems. The original wiring only used 2 wires and the new switch has 4.

here’s the new timer switch. Yellow is for 3-way.

How do I wire the timer switch with the current wiring? Thanks for your help!

I would tell you, but then you would have to pay for a service call
