Somewhere I thought that the conductors needed to be sun light resistance also for service risers.

Since the subtitle of the thread is Would you use this for a 100 amp service riser?, I would assume there's a weatherhead at the top and the conductors would be exposed to sunlight.

So I'm with you.... I'd be looking for a sunlight (UV) rating.

Your right.

I will just scrap this and order new. AL is cheap.
