I have a colleague that just recently had a wall oven installed. The oven draws 15 amps or so and its not heating up. His electrician installed a 20amp 2pole breaker. After calling the electrician to explain the problem, the electrician said he will upgrade the breaker to 30 amps?
I looked at the wiring he did and he installed #10/3 romex, the orange type for dryers.
So the wire can handle it but can the oven?
