I am currently 35 yrs old and just recently graduated from a local community college with an associates degree in Industrial Technology(maintenance concentration) and I have taking tons of electrical classes. I am having a tough time getting a job in my field(because of my lack of experience) so I thinking about applying for a local union inside wireman apprenticeship program. I know that I am not too old to do the job(even after the 5 yr program) but will my age hurt my during the interview/selection process?
